Dengkil Makan - No name stall at Jalan B18 肥意茶餐室

Found this store along the Dengkil main road. This is a husband and wife run stall selling noodles and chicken rice stall. Dengkil is a small town outside Cyberjaya. It's a good place to hunt for Malaysian chinese food that you can't really get at Cyberjaya/Putrajaya. This place has got famous pau (chinese baos) but that will be another topic for another blogpost.

Outside the stall it show Bak Kut Teh but inside selling different stuff. The lady owner of the stall will be manning the noodles station. They have Hakka noodles, Wonton noodles, curry noodles, tomyam noodles. The man owner of the stall on the other hand mans the roast chicken, roast port stall.

This place is quite easy to find but you need to park at the side of the road as there is no place to turn into to park. Just turn into Dengkil from Cyberjaya/Putrajaya and then keep driving until you see this place. It's next to the chinese temple.

I ordered Kopi O (aka Long Black)(RM1.5) and Hakka Noodles (RM5). Food quite ok, good detour out of Cyberjaya Putrajaya for Chinese Coffe Shop food. I also saw lots of people queuing up to buy takeaway of chicken rice, roast pork.

Hakka Noodles

This place opens on Sundays.

How to scrape money with TnG Touch N Go top ups reloads

This tip is going a bit extreme but for millennial who have all the time in the world probably can use this trick go scrape some moolah.

Here’s how it works :
The maximum amount a TnG card can hold is RM 1500.
You can top up the TnG using credit card  (at KL Sentral) and get 5% rebate from credit card. Do make sure your credit card have 5% rebate benefits.
Once you top up the amount RM1500, you can cancel the card and withdraw the money.

The calculations on how you earn is as below :
1) Top up TnG - RM 1500 (maximum amount)
2) Cancel TnG card - RM 1500 - RM 10 (TnG card value) + RM 75 (credit card 5% rebate)
3) You make RM 65 in total, do this a few times and maybe you can get more moolah.

Admittedly, this stunt isn't easy to pull off but there's no free lunch and money doesn't grow from trees. At least it's a sure fire way. This tip was shared by one of my colleague.
